Responsibilities
- Food and drink service at hotel banquet functions.
- Ensure function space visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event.
- Linen and table setting.
- Food station design.
- Beverage service.
- General banquet preparation.
- Room refreshes.
- Maintaining a sanitary environment.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Available to work all shifts, especially weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience and a thorough understanding of banquet service.
- Ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits.
