This position works overnight shifts at the hotel front desk.
Schedule
- Overnight shifts: 11 pm–7 am
- Must work holidays and weekends
- Shifts assigned any day of the week as needed
- Training conducted during day and evening times until transitioned to regular overnight shift
- Part-time: two 8-hour shifts per week

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in person or over the telephone
- Provide general office support
- Run audit reports
- Prepare daily credit card and cash deposits
- Answer multi-line phones and assist guests as needed
- Perform front desk clerk duties
- Make time management decisions to ensure all duties are completed effectively
- Report to the Front Office Manager
Requirements
- Equivalency statement: 1 year of higher education can substitute for 1 year of directly related work experience (e.g., bachelor’s degree = 4 years of experience)
- Department may hire at one of the following job levels based on business need and budget:
- Office Services Clerk, I: Requires little to no related experience
- Office Services Clerk, II: Requires at least 1 year of related experience
Pay
- Pay rate range: $19.00 per hour
- Hiring level and pay determined by department based on experience and budget
Location: Campus
