Responsibilities

  • Aid the document production center with CD burning, copying, scanning, and faxing or e-faxing.
  • Handle daily mail, overnight packages, faxes, and other items as needed.
  • Support conference room set-ups, including audio visual, refreshments, and clean up.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies.
  • Cover the reception desk.
  • Maintain office kitchens, breakrooms, and load/unload the dishwasher.
  • Plan and assist with meeting, conference, and event set-up and tear down.

Requirements

  • Show excellent customer service.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, including time management.
  • Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show attention to detail and prioritize tasks.
  • Be punctual and dependable.
  • Show professionalism.
  • Be willing to work additional hours as needed.
  • Hold 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment.
  • Hold a High School Diploma; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
