Patient Welcome & Flow
Warmly greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and accurately schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth daily flow.
Financial & Insurance Management
Obtain and verify insurance authorizations, accurately collect co-payments, and reconcile daily financial reports and deposits.
Data & Documentation
- Meticulously verify and enter patient demographic information
- Secure necessary documentation
- Manage all patient record release requests
Administrative Support
- Provide essential clerical and office support
- Manage charges for services
- Maintain the clinic's high standard of efficiency
Education
A high school diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Qualifications
