Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient and well-functioning workplace.
- Cook up office facilities, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Support employee onboarding, office logistics, and workplace administration activities.
- Aid leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative support.
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and organizational records.
- Oversee office budgets, purchasing, and expense tracking as assigned.
- Cook up company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and operational issues.
- Ensure office spaces are organized, safe, and appropriately maintained.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative and project coordination needs.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience in office administration, operations, executive support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
