About the role
Billing Geeks is a New York City medical billing company that has been running the back office for therapy practices across the city for over twenty years. We are a close-knit team of real people who know this industry inside out. We fight for our clients like it is personal and we have a genuinely good time doing it. We take the work very seriously but ourselves only moderately so.
Responsibilities
- Managing day to day operations
- Keeping the books in order
- Supervising and supporting staff
- Handling HR functions
- Making sure monthly invoices go out to clients like clockwork
- Working directly with our CEO
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree
- Real experience in office management and bookkeeping
- The ability to keep a lot of plates in the air at once
- The ability to organize situations more effectively than they were found
