About the role

The role of Office Manager/Administrative Assistant involves managing office operations, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient task management.
  • Assist with HR functions such as processing employee benefits and maintaining personnel files.
  • Support the executive team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
