The role of Office Manager/Administrative Assistant involves managing office operations, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient task management.
- Assist with HR functions such as processing employee benefits and maintaining personnel files.
- Support the executive team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
