Who We Are

Industrial Finishes & Systems has been serving customers for more than 68 years. What began as a local business has grown into a stable and increasingly complex organization with:

  • More than 40 locations
  • Operations in over 17 states
  • Nearly 400 employees
  • Clients across the automotive, industrial, aerospace, recreational vehicle, and specialty-vehicle markets

We're proud of our history, but we're not standing still - we continue to grow, invest in our people, and prepare the organization for the future. Our culture is grounded, in part, in Christian values of serving others, gratitude, genuine relationships, and integrity.

Why Industrial Finances & Systems?

Some companies offer stability. Others offer growth. We offer both. You'll join a team with a 68-year history and a steady, well-established presence - the kind of place where you can settle in, know what to expect, and still find room to grow your skills over time. You'll work closely with the people who keep this office running, have your contributions noticed, and be part of a company that's proud of where it's been and intentional about where it's going.
