Responsibilities

  • Schedule member's appointments, ensures service tickets are in order
  • Collects and validates insurance information
  • Records no-show and appointment changes
  • Creates and maintains member charts
  • Compiles clinical information as requested
  • Collects, monitors, scans, and enters data/information into the electronic health records or as assigned
  • Completes reminder calls to the participants regarding their appointments

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in office clerical setting
  • Medical and/or Behavioral health experience preferred
  • Proficiency in typing, using computer software, i.e., EHR/EMR systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Internet is essential
  • Complete all pre-employment and on-boarding paperwork, in a timely manner and be cleared to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO), as scheduled
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and any other required background checks
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish), preferred

Pay

Hourly rate - $16.00 - $17.00 DOE
