Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary: Assist students/departments with all aspects of registration process for Continuing Education, Health Care, and Corporate Services. Greet students/visitors in person and on the phone. Help provide routine clerical support; and monitor the office/building area cleanliness and maintenance. Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalency. Six (6) months office/clerical related experience.

Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Computer literate. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Additional education or technical/specialized training. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
