Responsibilities
- Meet, greet and direct clients who enter the building.
- Absorb them to the needed staff member for their purpose and business.
- Direct clients to sign in on the daily sign in sheets.
- Guide clients to the Social Service Office, Career Center Office, or the Officer-In-Charge.
- If staff member is not available, direct clients to a business card to call at a later time.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills in listening and directing situations.
- Knowledge of the Stanley Alarm System for the building.
- Knowledge of Microsoft computer applications.
- Work with very limited supervision.
- Great time management skills.
- Flexible and good organizational skills.
- Skills to work and pray with clients for their particular needs.
Skills
- Arrange and secure signed forms for rental of building for community activities.
- Valid PA driver’s license.
Benefits
- All three PA Clearances required upon employment and thereafter upon renewal date: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, Request for Criminal Record, and Fingerprint based federal criminal history.
- PA Mandated and Permissive Reporting and The Salvation Army's KeepSAfe training required.
