Responsibilities
- Manage general office operations and maintain an organized and efficient workspace
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution
- Support internal departments with administrative tasks and coordination
- Prepare and update documents, reports, and presentations
- Aid in onboarding new employees and coordinating office logistics
- Maintain records management systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data accuracy
- Support basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- An attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- A professional and friendly demeanor
