Key Responsibilities
- Oversee workspace organization, seating plans, and office layout
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Ensure office safety and compliance with facility guidelines
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages, UPS and FedEx
- Issue Employee security badges using C-Cure
- Process invoices, expense reports, and basic budgeting tasks
- Manage office records, files, and documentation
- Support purchasing activities for office materials and equipment
People & Team Support
- Aid with onboarding by preparing workspaces, equipment, and orientation materials
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests
- Answer and redirect incoming calls
- Contribute to Team Konnect, TK United, and Health & Wellness team initiatives by creating event communications and supporting participation
Communication & Coordination
- Manage office-wide communications and announcements
- Cook up events, meetings, or travel arrangements
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners

Experience
- Experience such as conference room systems, printers, I-Office, C-Cure, Oracle, Coupa, Climate Zone Studio a plus
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of five years of relevant administrative or office coordination experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Must be able to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
Annual Base Salary Range
$45,400.00 - $96,000.00
