Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee workspace organization, seating plans, and office layout
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Ensure office safety and compliance with facility guidelines
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages, UPS and FedEx
  • Issue Employee security badges using C-Cure
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic budgeting tasks
  • Manage office records, files, and documentation
  • Support purchasing activities for office materials and equipment

People & Team Support

  • Aid with onboarding by preparing workspaces, equipment, and orientation materials
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls
  • Contribute to Team Konnect, TK United, and Health & Wellness team initiatives by creating event communications and supporting participation

Communication & Coordination

  • Manage office-wide communications and announcements
  • Cook up events, meetings, or travel arrangements
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners

Experience

  • Experience such as conference room systems, printers, I-Office, C-Cure, Oracle, Coupa, Climate Zone Studio a plus

Minimum Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of five years of relevant administrative or office coordination experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 35 lbs.

Annual Base Salary Range

$45,400.00 - $96,000.00

Currency: USD

Compensation Type: Exception Hourly
