Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Aid in basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Assist expatriate employees with relocation and settlement-related matters.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
- Maintain office records, files, and internal documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between the local office, headquarters, and external service providers.
- Support HR-related administrative activities and employee communications.
- Handle general office duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration, general affairs, accounting support, or a related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Japanese skill is a big plus.
