Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative tasks in support of Executive Leadership Team such as coordinating meetings, managing calendars, company events, organizing travel, and submitting expense reports
- Provide support to the company with faxing, filing, mailings, and other projects
- Maintain groceries and office supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating future needs, and ordering supplies as needed
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills and the passion to provide internal and external customers with an above and beyond experience
- The ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities at once and think outside the box to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
- Experience using Concur for expense reports is preferred
Pay
$50,000 - $60,000
