About the role
The Salt Lake City, UT office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Office Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively across the organization, the OA partners with fellow OA's, Practice Group Leaders, Litigation Support, IT, Finance, and senior administrative leadership to support a cohesive operational infrastructure.
- This role plays a key part in shaping an efficient, high-quality vendor ecosystem across the firm, driving consistency, service excellence, and operational effectiveness.
- The ideal candidate is a seasoned law firm administrator who combines strong operational acumen with people leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to balance firmwide consistency with local office needs.
