We provide reliable equipment solutions and 24/7 emergency service for all makes and models, backed by 18 factory-trained, certified technicians who deliver expert support when customers need it most.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front office contact by answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail, and maintaining the company phone system.
• Perform general administrative support, including completing forms, maintaining organized digital records, and managing office supplies and purchasing.
• Maintain internal employee information.
• Provide accounting support across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Support sales tax and compliance activities.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2+ years of office related experience

Preferences

• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) software (or another ERP)
• Accounting (AP/AR) related experience
