About the role

Supports the marketing department in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, managing email communications, and organizing events. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Manage email communications and distribute memos
  • Organize and manage event logistics
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails
  • Assist with vendor management and contract administration
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications
