Office Administrator
The Boise Service Center seeks a professional office administrator to support multiple departments with administrative and procurement activities. Reporting to the Service Center Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring efficient daily operations.
About the Role
This position involves organizing and prioritizing daily tasks, preparing reports, coordinating with departments, maintaining documentation, and managing office supplies. Special projects and assignments may also be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize daily work activities, adapting to changing needs based on Fab Shop Manager requirements and workload
- Prepare, format, and produce reports, correspondence, memos, and other technical or confidential documents
- Cook with, format, and produce reports, correspondence, memos, and other technical or confidential documents

- Coordinate with departments and offices to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained
- Establish and manage filing systems and computer databases for departmental use
- Collect, submit, and track project time reports
- Solicit vendor/supplier pricing and prepare material requests
- Enter material request information into Syteline and generate purchase orders
- Maintain adequate office supplies to support operational efficiency across departments
- Aid with special assignments and projects as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma plus a minimum of three (3) years of directly related administrative experience in production, manufacturing, or design environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize with accuracy and dependability
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and make decisions using independent judgment

Pay
The annual or hourly compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000. Factors such as experience, education, training, geography, and other relevant considerations are taken into account when determining compensation.
