Office Administrator
About the role
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Office Administrator. This role focuses on supporting daily administrative operations, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring efficient business processes across the organization.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
What you’ll do
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Maintain digital records and office documentation
- Respond to emails and internal communications
- Cook up virtual meetings and administrative schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Aid with data entry and database management
- Organize files and maintain accurate records
- Support office policies and administrative procedures
- Cook up with internal departments on daily operations
- Track projects, deadlines, and administrative requests
- Aid with special projects and operational initiatives
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
We’re looking for
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, office support, or related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- A high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote environment
- A professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Nice to have
- Administrative or office support experience
- Experience with scheduling and document management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Data entry or record management experience
- An interest in office administration and business operations
