Office Administrator
About the role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to help maintain an organized and welcoming environment for our Denver Office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces, such as the lounge and waiting area, ensuring they are always clean and welcoming for staff and visitors.
- Care for office plants by watering them and removing dead leaves.
- Organize and restock snacks and office supplies in the kitchen and common areas.
- Pick up and distribute packages from the central building package center.
- Act as the primary point of contact for deliveries, vendors, and the WeWork local team as needed.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and set up for the week, including arranging seating and furniture as needed.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- The ability to work on-site 4 days per week.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office administration or office support role is a plus.

Pay
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $25-$27 USD per hour. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc.
