Office Administrator
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, social media messages, and other inbound communications
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, alumni, visitors, and prospective participants
- Aid with event registration, participant tracking, and administrative coordination for major programs
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and other financial documentation
- Maintain shared and programmatic calendars
- Attend weekly staff and planning meetings
- Support leadership with travel arrangements, expense reports, supply ordering, room reservations, meeting coordination, and database updates
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented approach
- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience with Canva is a plus
Benefits

Pay
$25/hour
Schedule
Begin at 10-15 hours per week through early August, increasing to 30-35 hours per week thereafter, with a Monday-Friday schedule.

This onsite, 3-6 month contract opportunity offers $25/hour and has the potential to become permanent.
