Office Administrator
About the role
The Office Administrator will manage the direct support team, oversee office services and facilities, and lead key initiatives for both the firm and office. Reporting to the Senior Director of Workplace Operations, the role involves creative thinking, problem-solving, and driving positive change.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute systems, processes, policies, and procedures for all aspects of office operations.
- Create and monitor the office's budget.
- Oversee space utilization, facilities management, and construction projects.
- Cook up and supervise office event planning and execution.
- Manage community engagement activities, including charitable giving campaigns and community service initiatives.
- Support the Office Managing Partner on office initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and prior experience in a law firm or other professional services environment are required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, client service, and oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in facilities management, budget planning and control, project management, as well as personnel management and development.

Pay
The targeted salary range for this position is from $145,000 - $165,000 which reflects the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
This position is primarily on site, with flexibility to work remotely periodically.
