Office Administrator
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the corporate office by answering incoming phone calls and providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Greet and assist clients, customers, and visitors, ensuring they receive prompt and accurate information or are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle inquiries efficiently by gathering information, providing responses, or escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
- Support daily office operations by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings to support internal teams and leadership.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain up-to-date records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure documents are easy to access and properly maintained.
- Afford general office administration, including front desk coverage, office management tasks, and coordination of office activities.
- Deliver strong customer service by responding to client and customer needs in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment by offering support and sharing information as needed.
- Help maintain a positive and efficient office environment by demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and high attention to detail in all tasks.
Essential Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or office administration role.
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a corporate or office setting.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist and communicate effectively with clients and customers.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Front desk or reception experience, including answering phones and providing phone support.
- Office administration and office management skills, including filing and organizing documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to support clear internal and external communication.
- Able to work collaboratively as a team player and interact professionally with many individuals.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to build positive interactions with others.

Work Environment
- This role is based in an in-office setting five days a week, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- The Office Administrator works on-site in a corporate office environment and interacts with many individuals throughout the day, including clients, customers, and internal team members.
- The position relies on regular use of Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment to perform administrative and communication tasks.
- The environment emphasizes strong company culture and employee ownership, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Professional attire is expected to reflect the role as the first point of contact for the office and to represent the organization in a polished and professional manner.
