Off Highway OEM Sales Manager
Job Description
Manage relationship with OEMs and Channel partners, coordinating required support internally or externally when necessary.
Maximize Revenue of Off-Highway Market through Value Selling, Marketing, and Sales Programs with guidance from Manager.
Develop and Execute Marketing Presentations to educate OEMs and Sales Channel on Value Selling, Marketing, Sales Programs, and Product Changes with guidance from Manager and support from Marketing Team.
Obtain Market Intelligence through Increased OEM / Sales Channel Partner Engagement and Provide Input to Manager.
Attend Appropriate Trade Shows, Market Conferences, and Customer Marketing Activities with Channel Partners.
Support annual sales revenue & unit forecasting - Develop annual targets.
Develop price proposals in conjunction with Manager and sales team; manage sales incentives for the Off Highway Sales Team via the CRM system.
Aid channel partners with orders and monitor incoming orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical field such as automotive or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and technical skills with knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles, automatic transmissions, or similar heavy-duty components/systems preferred
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build valued customer relationships
- Ability to make decisions independently, with appropriate level of guidance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Organized, detail oriented, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience 5+ years' industrial experience in related field
- PREFERRED: OEM Account Management or working with distribution channel partners
