LABUR is partnering with a client to find a hands-on Training and OCM Consultant who will own training plans and content development while driving organizational change management (OCM) activities forward. This role will be instrumental in helping to mature the internal OCM Capability and Framework with business and project teams across key initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Training Coordination and Delivery
- Build, manage, and maintain training schedules across multiple stakeholder groups and cohorts
- Coordinate session logistics including scheduling, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications
- Monitor training completion and readiness status; deliver progress reports to key stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees and business partners on all training logistics
- Content and Material Creation
- Create training materials, job aids, quick-reference guides, and presentations
- Produce instructional videos and multimedia content using AI-based generation tools such as Synthesia, Claude, or Copilot
- Maintain and refresh existing training content libraries to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to distill technical and process knowledge into clear, digestible training content
- Business Partnership
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to identify training needs and align content and schedules to organizational priorities
- Collect and incorporate feedback from business units to continuously strengthen training quality and impact
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) Support
- Support the rollout and review of OCM initiatives across the organization
- Compile, analyze, and summarize survey data — including readiness assessments and post-training feedback — into actionable reports
- Facilitate OCM rollout reviews by gathering stakeholder input, documenting lessons learned, and tracking action items
- Contribute to the development of change communications and readiness materials as needed
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in training coordination, instructional design, or learning and development
- Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent methodologies
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for content and video creation (e.g., Synthesia, Claude, Copilot)
- Strong project and schedule management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent training tracks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging directly with business stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with survey platforms and basic data consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Forms, or similar)
- Prior experience supporting a large-scale change or transformation program preferred
- Experience building practitioner or train-the-trainer programs preferred
Pay
$65-$70/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
