About the role
NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Consultant to join their team in Remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). The role is important as it helps build and maintain strong client relationships and supports the People & Organization Consulting Practice.
Responsibilities
- Provides project management support to multiple medium sized projects or one larger more complex project.
- Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements.
- Supports all aspects of the project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management, and reporting.
- Schedules and controls resources, budgets, and costs.
- Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials.
- Interacts with clients acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas.
- Builds internal network for career growth.
- Affords assistance with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
- 2 years’ recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience, where you built client relationships that resulted in trusted advisor activity.
Preferred Skills
- Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
- Experience in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
- Impressive communication skills.
- The ability to craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
- A team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
- Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management.
- The ability to travel up to 50%.
