Occupational Therapy Lead

About the role

Lead the therapy team by assisting with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, developing personalized recovery plans and fostering rewarding relationships to support rehabilitation goals. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments, celebrating patient progress along the way. Support the Director of Therapy Operations to maintain high standards of care and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments
• Provide direct patient care and develop personalized recovery plans

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• CPR certification (required or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility or specialty certifications
