Occupational Therapy Lead

About the role

Lead and manage the occupational therapy team, supporting daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to understand patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs, and guide them toward their rehabilitation goals. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments while celebrating patient progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice
• Preferred: participation in Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications
