Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and home environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and physicians
- Perform patient assessments using diagnostic and prognostic tests
- Monitor, document, and report patient responses and changes to physicians and nurses
- Provide occupational therapy within state practice scope, using evidence-based techniques
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments and with clients of all backgrounds
Skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills (preferred)
Pay
Hourly pay ranges from $34.23 to $61.15, varying based on experience and location.
