About the Role

Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, home environments, and adaptive equipment needs based on medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide services within scope of practice, following state laws and evidence-based techniques in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Evaluate patient functioning, document CMS requirements, and collaborate with physicians on therapy plans.
• Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes to supervisors and physicians.
• Conduct assessments to determine functional ability using diagnostic and prognostic tests.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the practice state.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments.

• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Pay

Hourly rates from $41.41 to $62.11, varying based on experience and location.
