Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and home environment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans within state scope of practice, using evidence-based techniques, in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Monitor and document patient progress, response to treatment, and any changes in condition.
- Conduct home assessments and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home settings regardless of client demographics.
