Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, daily activities, fine motor skills, and home environments
- Develop and implement treatment plans within legal scope, using evidence-based techniques, in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor and document patient responses, communicate changes to supervisors and physicians
- Conduct patient assessments and provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and home modifications
Requirements
- Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home settings
