About the role
We are seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility, helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life through innovative rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop personalized OT treatment plans
- Select activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks
- Observe, assess, and document therapy progress through detailed reports
- Maintain resident confidentiality and foster collaboration within the healthcare team
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current New York State OT License
- Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
