About the role
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility, offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current New York State OT License
- Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans
- Select activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks
- Assess, observe, and document progress through detailed reports
- Maintain confidentiality and foster cooperative relationships within the healthcare team
