About the Role

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Select activities to promote residents' independence in daily living.
• Observe, assess, and document therapy progress through detailed reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and foster a cooperative healthcare team environment.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current New York State OT License.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
