About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing top rehabilitation care to residents in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clinical caregivers to ensure residents' full recovery and successful return to daily activities.
• Assessing residents' needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Documenting progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Current certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligibility for certification as per state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
