About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team, providing top rehab care to residents in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical caregivers to facilitate residents' full recovery and return to daily activities.
• Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Document progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (minimum bachelor’s degree).
• Current certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligibility per state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
