Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating residents and developing personalized OT treatment plans.
• Choosing activities to promote residents' independence in daily living.
• Observing, assessing, and documenting residents' progress through detailed reports.
• Maintaining resident confidentiality and fostering a cooperative healthcare team environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current New York State OT License or actively working toward licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
