Occupational Therapist (OT) | Pediatrics

About the Role

Responsible for coordinating and delivering occupational therapy services to patients across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics. Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, evaluates patient progress, and adjusts interventions accordingly. Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Perform age-specific assessments and deliver therapy using appropriate activities and strategies.
• Document evaluation results, treatment plans, and progress notes adhering to professional and departmental standards.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care and share knowledge through professional development activities.
• Evaluate and supervise clinical interns from educational programs.
• Participate in departmental program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Visual acuity and communication skills necessary for patient interaction.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
