About the role

Responsible for coordinating and delivering occupational therapy services tailored to individual patients, from infants to geriatrics. Develops and implements personalized treatment programs based on thorough evaluations, using activities that promote health and functional goals. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members, ensuring coordinated care and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform age-specific assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services across various settings and strategies.
• Establish, monitor, and adjust intervention goals based on ongoing evaluations.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate patient progress effectively.
• Participate in professional development, in-service training, and departmental program development.

Qualifications

• Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Visual acuity and hearing capabilities to perform job functions.
• Preferred 1–3 years of clinical patient care experience.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
