About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services tailored to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Deliver direct therapy in various functional settings using appropriate strategies.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure effective care.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and other reports accurately.
• Communicate patient progress and needs effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in professional development, program development, and mentoring students/interns.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Strong knowledge of age-specific factors and therapy principles.
• Effective communication, visual acuity, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience.
