About the Role

Coordinate and deliver therapy services to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Utilize appropriate activities to promote health and achieve therapy goals.
• Provide direct therapy in various settings, ensuring patient-centered care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
• Participate in program development, professional growth, and student supervision.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including effective communication and visual acuity.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience.
