About the role

Join a multidisciplinary team as an Occupational Therapist, delivering patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, from infants to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
• Provide direct therapy services using various strategies and functional settings.
• Coordinate therapy goals with medical and nursing teams, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding progress and needs.
• Participate in program development, educational activities, and supervising clinical interns.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Strong knowledge of age-specific factors and clinical interventions.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Ability to perform essential functions, including visual and communication skills.
• 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience preferred.
