Occupational Therapist (OT) | Long Term Care

About the role

Responsible for coordinating and delivering occupational therapy services tailored to patients' conditions and diagnoses. Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, evaluates patient progress, and adjusts interventions accordingly. Provides direct therapy in various settings, ensuring activities promote health and align with medical and rehabilitation goals. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care. Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific factors from infants to geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Active occupational therapist license in the state of practice
• 1–3 years of clinical patient care preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Visual acuity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to organizational values and safety regulations
