Occupational Therapist - Inpatient

Role Overview: Responsible for coordinating and delivering occupational therapy services, developing individualized treatment programs, and evaluating patient needs to promote health and recovery. Key Responsibilities Provide age-specific therapy services across diverse patient populations, from infants to geriatrics.Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing evaluations.Utilize various activities and strategies to achieve therapeutic goals and promote patient progress.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding progress and needs.Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes according to professional standards.Participate in program development, educational activities, and supervise clinical internships. Qualifications & Skills Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.Ability to perform essential functions, including visual acuity and hearing.Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
