Occupational Therapist - Inpatient

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient-specific treatment programs based on evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Use therapeutic activities to promote health and achieve treatment goals.
• Provide direct therapy in various settings, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in program development, professional growth, and supervise clinical interns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Ability to perform essential functions with adequate visual acuity and communication skills.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to patient-centered care.
