About the role

Pride Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Sylva, NC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in patients’ homes.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and reassess patient progress to support functional independence.
• Complete discharge planning, documentation, and patient/caregiver education as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: Home Health experience, Homecare Homebase software experience preferred.
• License(s): Occupational Therapist license - North Carolina.
• Certification(s): Basic Life Support - AHAY.
• Years of experience: 1 year.

Pay

Pay Range: $58/Hour - $62.65/Hour

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
