About the role

We are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide personalized rehabilitation care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient skills and develop and implement therapeutic programs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and monitor patient progress
• Provide treatment to restore strength, coordination, and function
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy techniques
• Supervise therapy assistants
• Maintain thorough documentation

Requirements

• Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• TB screening
• Maintain valid driver’s insurance

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes at least six months in occupational therapy and home health care.

Pay

Compensation varies based on skills and location, with a pay range of $70.00 - $97.00 per visit and an annual base salary of $102,500 - $141,000.
