Occupational Therapist - Home Health

About the role

We are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing therapeutic programs to help patients improve their strength, mobility, and independence in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients' daily living and work-related skills
• Collaborating with healthcare teams
• Providing therapy based on physician orders
• Designing community reintegration activities
• Supervising therapy assistants and aides
• Documenting patient progress
• Participating in care coordination and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current OT licensure
• CPR certification
• At least six months of experience in occupational therapy and home health settings (preferred)
• TB screening, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance (required)

Pay

Compensation ranges from $76,900 to $105,800 annually.
